Instructions:

1. Attach Top Jump Ring
   With the safety pin closed, slide a jump ring through the coil loop (the round end that doesn’t open). This is the end that will hang from your carabiner or key ring.

2. Open the Safety Pin
   Carefully open the pin. Point the sharp tip away from yourself and others.

3. Add Beads / Charms
   Slide beads onto the long straight wire (the part that was inside the clasp). Load them in the order you want them to show when the pin is closed.

4. Close Securely
   Re‑insert the tip into the clasp until it clicks or seats firmly.

Materials:

• Chain

• Charms (mix sizes; pick 1 heavier “anchor” charm for the bottom)

• Jump rings (1 per charm + 1 for the top)

Instructions:

1. Plan Your Layout:
   Lay out your chain on the table. Arrange charms in the order you want them to hang. Decide how much space to leave between each.

2. Open a Jump Ring:
   Grip one side of the jump ring with each pair of pliers. Twist one hand forward and the other back (like turning a doorknob)—do not pull the ring wide sideways; twisting keeps it round.

3. Add a Charm:
   Slide the charm onto the open jump ring.

4. Attach to the Chain:
   Hook the jump ring (with charm) through the desired chain link.

5. Close the Jump Ring:
   Twist the ring back closed until the ends meet flush—no gap. (Small rings can sometimes be pinched closed with fingers, but pliers make a stronger hold.)

6. Repeat & Space:
   Continue adding charms to different links, spacing them as planned. Mix sizes/textures for visual interest.

   TIP: Place your largest or heaviest charm at the lowest link to help the chain hang straight.

7. Add a Top Jump Ring:
   When you’re happy with the design, attach one last jump ring to the top link of the chain. This is what you’ll clip to your carabiner or key ring.

8. Test Hang & Adjust
   Clip it on, check balance, and move charms if needed.

• Stretch Cord

• 1 jump ring (to hang your stack)

• Beads (mix sizes + shapes for texture)

• 1 small stopper bead (last bead before the finish)

• Jewelry pliers

• Scissors

Instructions:

1. Cut Your Cord
   Cut a length of stretch cord ~8–10 in, so you have room to work.

2. Add the Top Jump Ring
   Slide the jump ring onto the center of the cord so the cord is folded in half. You now have two equal tails.

3. Secure a Base Loop Around the Jump Ring
   Bring both tails together and tie a simple overhand loop snugly around the jump ring (like starting a balloon knot). Pull tight so the knot sits right beneath the ring. For extra security, repeat to make a double knot.

4. Thread Your Bead Stack
   String beads in your desired order down both cords. Mix shapes, metals, colors—have fun!

5. Add a Small Stopper Bead
   When you’re happy with your length, slide on a small stopper bead. This gives you a solid “ledge” at the end of your design.

6. Finish the End (Choose One)
   Option A: Crimp

   • Thread a crimp bead onto both cord ends right after the stopper bead.

   • Push the crimp snug against the stopper, then flatten it firmly with pliers.

   • Trim excess cord close to the crimp (leave ~1/8 in / 3 mm if you want extra security).

   Option B: Knot

   • Tie a secure double overhand knot immediately after the stopper bead.

   • Pull tight so the knot sits flush against the bead.

   • Trim excess cord close to the knot (leave ~1/8 in / 3 mm if you like).

7. Test Hang
   Give the stack a gentle tug and a little shake. If everything holds, you’re all set—clip it to your carabiner and enjoy!
